When your mind is heavy, your body knows it. So this Mental Health week, we did something about both.
To honour Mental Health Awareness Week, we decided to welcome wellness author and skin healing advocate Hanna Sillitoe to Embrace Wellness Studio for an event that was more than just movement.

Hosted on 15th May at 12:15pm, here’s what guests experienced:
🧃 Fresh start at our organic juice bar — Guests were welcomed with nourishing juices crafted to refresh from the inside out.
💪 45-minute Reformer Pilates class — Low impact, high intention. Designed to strengthen, tone, and support both body and brain.
👜 An award-winning goodie bag — Packed with gut-loving, glow-boosting treats selected by Hanna herself — because wellness doesn’t stop at the mat.
The event wasn’t just about exercise. It was about resetting, reconnecting, and recharging in a community space.
Because sometimes the best way to support your mind… is to show up for your body.
